Will of Benjamine CookIn the name of God Amen. I
Benjamin Cook of Charlestown in South Carolina, Gentleman, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say, After Payment of my just Debts and funeral charges, I give, devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Sibble Cook, her Heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns for ever, All the rest.
Residue and Remainder of my Estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever. And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty.
Signed, Sealed, Published and Pronounced and Declared by the said Benjamin Cook as and for his last will and Testament in the Presence of us, who in his Presence and in the Presence of each other, here, at his Request, subscribed our Names as Witness thereto.
