MRS. EVA PRICE DIES IN CAYCE

Mrs. Eva Price, 73, died at her home in Cayce at 7:45 last night after being in decling health for several months. She was a member of the Cayce Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons; Dr. W. H. Price of West Columbia, G. E. Price and C. H. Price of Cayce; two daughters, Mrs. Caley Howell and Mrs. J. B. Batchelder of Cayce; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Rich of Greenwood, Mrs. W. D. Pound of Columbia and Mrs. Lydia Miller of Batesburg; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ruby Miller and Mrs. Gurnie Hallman of Columbia; two half-brothers; B. M. Sturkie and Z. A. Sturkie of Columbia; 16 grand children and two great grandchildren.

PRICE FUNERAL

Funeral services for Mrs. Eva price, 73, who died at her home in Cayce at 7:45 Saturday night after being in declining health for several months will be held at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the Cayce Baptist church conducted by the pastor the Rev J. Hydrick Reed assisted by the Rev. R. A. Thompson and the Rev. T. A. Snyder. Interment will follow in the Sandy Run Baptist churchyard at Gaston.

Mrs. Price who was the Widow of the late J. H. Price is survived by three sons, Dr. W. H. Price of West Columbia, G. E. Price and C. H. Price of Cayce; two daughters, Mrs. Caley Howell and Mrs. J. B. Batchelder of Cayce, three sisters, Mrs. Martha Rich of Greenwood, Mrs. W. D. Pound of Columbia and Mrs. Lydia Miller of Batesburg; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ruby Miller and Mrs. Gurnie Hallman of Columbia; 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Active pallbearers will be Berley Howell, H. F. Catoe, Harold Peagler, H. W. Weathersbee, C. S. Green and Drayton Spires.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Kirby Shealy, Dr. C. F. Crews, E. E. Martin, C. D. Lucas, Sr., W. L. Jumper, S. H. Pound, George Goodwin, J. Albert Merritt, Jr., and the deacons of the Cayce Baptist church.
