Ulrich born 1733 started having children with his wife Margaret in 1759
(Giessendanner).
The Ulrich born 1733 is, I believe, the father of my great-great grandfather Benjamin Sturkey. Benjamin was probably born in the early 1760's, along with his brothers William and John (according to our family legend). Our family legend does not mention any other children, although there was apparently a daughter born in 1759. Note that Benjamin's brother William is shown on the 1800 census. Because of the ages of the children, and the number of children listed for Ulrich on this 1800 census, I am convinced that the Ulrich on the 1800 census is the Ulrich born in 1754 to Henry and Elizabeth. If so, my Ulrich born 1733 has died by 1800, or was missed by the census taker, or is living with a child.
