In the name of God,Amen
I, Ann Graham, in the county of Camden, state of Georgia, widow, being in a low state of health of body but of perfect sound mind and memory, calling to mind the mortality of my body knowing that it is appointed for all once to die, do constitute and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say:

First of all, I commend my soul to Almighty God who gave it and my body to the dust, to be decently
interred at the discretion of my executors hereinafter named, trusting in the merits of Jesus Christ for a glorious Resurrection at the Last day. and touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with, I bequeath and devise in the following manner:

First
, I give my loving son Archibald Graham, a negro woman named Phebe, provided he shall take care of my son John and daughter Mary until they are sixteen years old, by having them have use of the said negro Phebe during the above time so as to prevent them from incurring any unnecessary expense of board so as not to diminish their own part of the property.

Secondly,
I give to my loving son Coling Graham, a negro man named Sam on the same condition as the first mentioned ; to assist in raising his brother John and sister Mary free from expense so as not to diminish their own part of the property, until they are sixteen years old.

Thirdly,
I give unto my son John Graham, a negro woman named Cloe.

Fourthly,
I give and devise unto my three said sons, Archibald, Colin and John, upon condition that they pay to my daughter Mary, one hundred and forty dollars as her part of her father’s estate, the plantation and tract of land where I now reside. This sum I wish to be raised out of the labor of the hands that I now bequeath and the plantation use.

Fifthly,
I give and devise to my daughter Mary, my one third of all the lands that belonged to my husband which I am entitled to, and feather bed and furniture. Further all the remaining part of my property consisting of cattle, hogs, household furniture, and horses, I give and bequeath to my four children above mentioned, to be equally divided amongst them, except two cows and calves I give to my daughter Ann Ponder, and two and calves I give to my daughter Rachael Cook, to be taken out of the stock before any division takes place.

Lastly
, I nominate, constitute and appoint my loving son Archibald Graham, and my worthy and trusty friend Charleton Mizell, Junior, executors to this my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I the said Ann Graham have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last will and testament this Twenty Seventh day of July, 1807.

The will of ALEXANDER GRAHAM (1803 Camden Co, GA) mentioned his father.  ...whereas there is certain sum of money due my father ARCHIBALD GRAHAM and is on the records Edinborough in Scotland and now falls to me...."
Since ALEXANDER GRAHAM's will was filed in 1803, the following document is a mystery.  As far as we know, ALEXANDER GRAHAM didn't name a son A G Jr.  However, one of ALEXANDER's siblings may have named a son ALEXANDER.  In any case, ALEXANDER GRAHAM, relationship unknown, was granted 200 acres in Liberty Co, GA 4 Nov 1823.  Again in 1852, ALEXANDER GRAHAM was granted 225 acres in _____ Co, GA.   There was an ALEXANDER GRAHAM, born 13 Mar 1783, Mecklenburg Co, NC, who married a widow DeANTIZNAC in Augusta, Richmond Co, GA.  He was the son of WILLIAM & MARGARET GRAHAM, and a grandson of RICHARD & NANCY GRAHAM.  I have no idea how or if these individuals are related to our GRAHAMs.
